As we all know, Emma Chamberlain is the queen of fashion. As summer creeps up, we have all been struggling on what to wear. So, we asked and we received. On April 18th 2021, Emma Chamberlain released a video on her YouTube channel called "WHAT I'M WEARING THIS SUMMER". She puts on about 20 potential summer outfits and gives us some description about them. Scroll down to see the first few of her outfits.
Outfit 1
Emma started off the video with a simple look; a white tank, Levi's jean shorts, and sandals. She mentions in her video multiple times that she wears this outfit most of the times during summer. She matches this exact outfit with some hats and jackets, and she also advised that it is great to mix and match with other pieces as well. By adding accessories, jackets, or hats, it elevates the look to a whole other level.

In this outfit, she paired beach pants, with a dainty white tank top with pink lace detailing, a brown jacket, and a cute frilly knitted bucket hat. This outfit would be great for being outdoors because the white gives out a more cool and fresh feeling, perfect for the summer. You could also play around with texture and colors while still following the same concept of this look.
Outfit 3
As the 3rd outfit, she wore checkered knit shorts, a vintage graphic shirt, and some matching accessories. She chose an overall color scheme of blue and she paired the outfit with her beloved Dr. Marten Loafers.
Outfit 4
Emma put together a very vintage and retro outfit. She wore her floral beach pants with a vintage graphic tee, making it a perfect casual outfit for warmer days.
Outfit 5
This is personally one of my favorite outfits. She put together a denim vest with unique dad jean shorts and Dr. Marten Platforms. This outfit would be amazing for when you dress up a little more and denim can be a perfect material to wear during warmer times when you might sweat more than usual. This is because denim is made out of cotton, which is a very absorbent material. Thicker denim may not be the best, but light weight denim can be a great option for summer for it is very breathable.

In this photo, Emma is in a black halter top, a long yellow skirt, and Dr. Marten Loafers. Long skirts are perfect for the spring and summer as there are less chances of flashing people while still giving the beautiful effects of skirts.
Outfit 7
This outfit is perfect for casual occasions, when you're going indoors, or when you're mostly going to be indoors. She wore track shorts, a sweatshirt, a yellow ball cap, and yellow sneakers. Her details of yellow in her sweatshirt, shoes, and hat really brings the whole outfit together. As she is wearing a sweatshirt, it may be to hot for outdoor weathers.
Outfit 8
Here, she is wearing tennis shoes, black biker shorts, a white ribbed tank top, and a cropped red bomber jacket. Biker shorts are an amazing summer item because they are as comfortable as leggings, but half the material on your skin.
Outfit 9
My absolute favorite outfit by far, Emma is wearing her off-white dad shorts, a green and off-white sweater vest, yet again her Dr. Marten Loafers, and black sunglasses to match her shoes. This just gives off such "golf dad" vibes but it looks amazing. It's such a simple outfit, but it looks so well put together.
