I don't know if it's just me, but I drop my phone every other day and I always throw it onto my bed or the couch; my phone's been through a lot. But what keeps it alive and well, are the phone cases that I've had. They are the reason my phone is still functional. Anyways, why I mention this is to tell you that I go through a lot of phone cases. So, I'm always on the lookout for my next one. And you know what, it's pretty hard to find one that fits all my needs. It's always fun to match your phone case to your outfit; they are like jackets for phones. It's basically another accessory to an outfit. For functional reasons and just because they are aesthetically pleasing, I like to change up my phone case. I find it rather hard to find phone cases that tick the mark for both visuals and function, but I have dug up some keepers! I think these phone cases are perfect for anyone so if you've been on the hunt, you got lucky. And if not, maybe you can save these for later.
Memor
Memor phone cases are one of the most unique phone cases that I have ever seen. Every single case they create is unique to each one and there are no duplicates whatsoever. On their website you go through a 3 step process to choose the phone case color and phone size, the objects and style, and if you want to personalize it. The starting price is $85 and it changes depending on the phone case you choose and whether or not you want to personalize it. My favorite thing about it is that you can send in your own objects to make it even more personal to you. If you want a sentimental phone case that nobody else has, this is an amazing option. However, the one down side is that because it blew up on Tik Tok, a lot of people have been purchasing and recreating it. So, if you're like me and get bored of things when too much people are doing it, maybe look at the other phone cases! If not, I really do recommend this phone case because it's so beautiful.
Urban Sophistication
Mentioned multiple times on By Blake, Urban Sophistication is the place to go for funky (in all the right ways) cases. My personal favorite are their soap cases where it looks kind of inflated. On their website, they describe the feeling of the phone case as a stress ball, a perfectly ripe avocado, and... like petting a dolphin. Oddly enough, these descriptions sell me on their cases even more. Like, who doesn't want their phone case to feel like petting a dolphin? And come on, we all know that satisfying feeling of a perfectly ripe avocado. If you're like me and get anxious often or fidget a lot, these phone cases are just a chef's kiss. The one in the middle is in the color way "Sugar Coated" and it would be a great choice if you want to incorporate some metallic shininess into your outfit. These are $58 so I'd say that they're on the pricier side, but it's definitely worth it for their never before seen design.
Wildflower
Wildflower phone cases are such a classic and everybody probably knows them by now. I remember being in middle school and wanting their cases so badly. To be completely honest, some of the cases on their website are very questionable and sort of cringy. HOWEVER, they do have some pretty cool cases as well. Some of the cases that I personally liked and thought they fit the overall trend wave were these three; from the left to the right they're the Polka Dot Case, the Enya Umanzor Case, and the Safari Babies Case. The polka dot pattern is a trend that I predicted in the beginning of the year and incorporating it into an outfit with a phone case is so subtle yet effective (btw if you haven't read part 1 and part 2 of my trend predictions for 2023, go read them!). Camo anything is all the rage right now, so why not put it on a phone case? The edgy drawing of the red-head girl is just the icing on the cake. And last of all, the color palette of the Safari babies case is perfect for the upcoming spring and summer seasons. Their prices tend to be $30+, but sometimes you can get them for cheaper during sales, from amazon, or from other stores that carry them like Urban Outfitters.
Decorated Clear Cases
If you really want to customize your phone and show off your personality, there is nothing better than decorating a clear case yourself. You can do so much with a clear phone case. A few years ago I used to print different patterns and cut them out so that they would fit my phone case perfectly. That way, it was like I had several different phone cases when it was really just the paper inside that I was switching out. What I've been liking more recently is decorating it with with stickers, drawings, fun cut outs, photos, and more. Doing this really adds personality and this is what I have as my phone case right now. It can also be a much more affordable option as you can get a pretty durable clear cases from amazon. I use the one from Mkeke and it's pretty good. If you want something more high quality, the clear case from Casetify is a great option. The only downside that I would say about clear cases is that it tends to turn yellow, but it's also nice to switch up the design once the case has lived its life span.
